A Franchisee Who Is:
Passionate about guest service and the Brand
Excellent at all service levels
Able to locally market the franchised café
Will faithfully implement the Brand operating system
Can manage the business, guests, and employees
Background & Experience Preferred:
Credit worthiness
Financially capable to properly fund and execute the franchise
Character background that is above reproach
Computer literate
Food-service experience which includes unit level responsibility preferred
Owner-operator or successful multi-unit management background
Local market knowledge & expertise
Personal Attributes:
Excellent communications skills
Strong leadership and people development skills
Ability to manage finances
Dedication and devotion necessary to succeed
Energetic and professional
Must love working with and for people (guests)
Share Brand alignment with Port City Java
Respectable appearance and good physical health
Enthusiastic, dynamic, and self-motivated
Must be long-term oriented
Preferred Financial Profile:
$200,000 minimum liquid assets per café
$500,000 minimum net worth per café, exclusive of home
Personal finances cannot be exclusively dependent on café revenues
No more than 60% of start-up costs should be leveraged
