Port City Java Signs Campus Development Agreement with North Carolina State University

WILMINGTON, N.C.-- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- July 28, 2005 -- Wilmington, NC based Port City Java announces that it has executed a Campus Development Agreement with NC State University's University Dining, for the development and operation of Port City Java cafés on the North Carolina State University (NCSU) Campus. This initial agreement provides for three Port City Java cafés to be developed on the main campus and the Centennial Campus. The company also executed a Coffee Purchase Agreement with University Dining to provide coffee for its catering and a Frozen Coffee Beverage to be served at NC State's football venue, Carter-Finley Stadium. The first two cafés will open during the fall semester in the Centennial Campus' in the Textiles Building and the new Engineering II Building. A third café is scheduled to open in 2007 within the expanded Carmichael Gymnasium.
